Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
• The item must be returned in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Photos of the fault or damage may be requested before a return is approved.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Ottoman Tesbih will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
